Jack connection too loose!

The “Jack” insert into the base tends to wiggle out if one is not careful when adjusting the floor lamp. This is fixable by Verilux with making a tighter “Connecter Jack”. This is an omission by Verilux had they tested the connection fit in the first instance. I’ve had to play with the “Jack” to operate the floor light. I now have two “Jacks” which have the same problem. Perhaps Verilux has a solution! Sincerely, James M Wood.

Customer service was excellent!

I had a problem with an order (my cat ate my cord) and the CS was pretty awesome. Made me feel I was important instead of just another problem. And I really like to be able to email instead of call. Thank you for that! Oh and I love my smart light! I don’t have near as many headaches from eye strain while I work on my projects. It is sturdy. I have used it every day for three years. It bends exactly where I want it to and I really happy with it.

right part

Earlier I ordered wrong part cuz confused by parts listing. This time I was careful and got the right part. Excellent. Lamp as good as new. BTW I enjoy the response (ringing cow bell etc) when ordering
