Great customer service!

The stand to my Happy Light broke and I called for to buy a replacement. I was thrilled that the customer service agent offered to send me a replacement stand FREE OF CHARGE! Made my day, now my Happy Light and I are back in business!!

Love the light. Not this stand.

I needed to replace this stand because the one that came with the light broke. It is not a good design. Thin plastic that doesn't hold the light up very well. The stand for the other verilux light, the adjustable one, is much better. But it won't work with the light I have. Plus this cost is way too much to replace including the expensive shipping costs. I am taking extra care of this new stand so that it doesn't break again. If it does, I will probably not replace it and design my own stand.

I should probably not have

I should probably not have ordered these (when I ordered lamps for myself and my daughter, I assumed I would need the stands, but I don't). I like the lights, but feel that the price of the stands is exorbitant for small pieces of plastic. Is there a possibility that I could return them for credit? Or trade them for replacement bulbs?

I bought this piece as

I bought this piece as a replacement for the original. Just like the stand that came with the happy light, this one broke after the second use. Poor design. Easily breakable. After breaking two stands, the cost of replacement is adding up to the original cost of the light itself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
