When you receive your order, you will find your HappyLight®, a detachable stand, and adapter (all included). The Verilux HappyLight® Light Therapy Lamp works in 3 simple steps:

STEP 1 - PLUG IT IN
Put your HappyLight® in a convenient location like on a table top and turn it on.

STEP 2 - ADJUST YOUR HAPPYLIGHT®
Find a distance and angle that is comfortable for you (make sure the light is facing your eyes, but avoid looking directly into the light).

Similar to a stand for a mobile device, the detachable stand allows you to position your HappyLight® to the left or right of you while the light can be placed horizontally or vertically.

STEP 3 - START WITH 10 MINUTES
We recommend starting with 10 minutes, and then increase your usage to until you find a time that is most effective for you.
